How much does AC service cost in Dubai?
Haeil charges a flat AED 99 callout for AC inspection or repair in Dubai — credited toward your invoice if you go ahead with the work. Standard fixed-price services such as split AC deep cleaning show their exact AED price while you book, and anything that needs diagnosing is quoted in writing before extra work begins.
How often should an AC be serviced in Dubai?
Because of desert dust and near-constant summer use, AC units in Dubai should be serviced every 3 to 6 months. Haeil AMC members receive scheduled visits — 2 per year on Essential, 4 on Standard and unlimited* AC services on Premium — so filters, coils and drainage stay clean and energy bills stay down.

How much does a home maintenance contract (AMC) cost in Dubai?
Haeil AMC plans start at AED 199/month (AED 2,029/year) for Essential. Standard is AED 349/month (AED 3,559/year) with 4 AC services, 4 callouts, a 15% member discount and an AED 500 parts allowance. Premium is AED 549/month (AED 5,599/year) with unlimited* AC services, same-day priority and an AED 1,500 parts allowance.
Do you guarantee your repairs?
Yes. Every Haeil job carries a 60-day workmanship guarantee: if the same problem comes back within 60 days, we return and put it right at no call-out fee.
Can I book a technician on the same day in Dubai?
Yes. Book online, on WhatsApp or by phone and pick a time slot that suits you — same-day slots are available across Dubai. You will see your arrival window before the technician sets off and live tracking once they are on the way.
